Consent to the collection and processing of personal data

By submitting a form on the website or a WhatsApp message with the request text, I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest consent to the collection and processing of my personal data on the following terms, in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

1. To whom I give consent

Asia Solution LLP, BIN 250540017449, address: 11 Shamshi Kaldayakov St., Astana (the “Operator”).

2. Which data

name, phone number (WhatsApp), email, WeChat, company name;
information about the business and project that I provide: amount, purpose, industry, legal form and age of the business, revenue, availability of collateral, project description;
technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies, traffic source.

3. For what purposes

to contact me and respond to my inquiry;
to select a financing program and prepare a proposal;
to conclude and perform a service agreement;
to measure the effectiveness of the website and advertising.

4. Which actions I permit

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (including cross-border), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data — with or without automation tools.

5. Transfer to third parties

I agree that the Operator may transfer my data: to providers of services needed for the website and for contacting me (hosting, WhatsApp and Telegram messengers, Meta, Google and Yandex analytics and advertising systems), including to servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan; to banks, funds and development institutions — only when working under a contract and to the extent needed to submit the project; to state authorities — in cases established by law.

6. Duration and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

I may withdraw my consent by sending a request via WhatsApp +7 705 163 38 62 or by letter to the Operator’s address. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it is received and does not apply where processing is required by law.

7. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy, that the data I provide is accurate and that, if I provide another person’s data, I have their consent to transfer it to the Operator.
