Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why, how we store and protect it, to whom and when we transfer it, and how you can manage your data. The policy is drawn up in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
1. Who processes the data
The owner and operator of the personal data database is Asia Solution LLP, BIN 250540017449, address: 11 Shamshi Kaldayakov St., Astana (“we”).
The policy applies to all data we receive through this website, its forms and messenger links.
2. What data we collect
- Contacts: name and phone number (WhatsApp); for large projects — company name, email, WeChat and project description, if you provided them.
- Answers in the financing assessment: amount needed, purpose, industry, legal form and age of the business, approximate revenue, availability of collateral.
- Technical data transmitted automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, traffic source (including UTM tags and click identifier), cookies and identifiers of advertising and analytics systems.
We do not ask for your IIN, passport details or bank details on the website. Documents for the bank are collected later, under a contract.
3. Why we use the data
- to contact you and respond to your inquiry;
- to select a financing program and prepare a proposal;
- to conclude and perform a service agreement;
- to measure and improve the effectiveness of the website and advertising;
- to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Legal basis
We process data with your consent, which you give by submitting a form on the website or a WhatsApp message with the request text. The text of the consent is published on the “Consent to the processing of personal data” page.
Data is also processed when necessary to conclude and perform a contract with you, and in cases expressly provided for by law.
5. Where and how long we store data
The personal data database is stored on servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
We keep data as long as needed for the purposes in section 3, but no longer than three years from your last contact, unless the law requires longer storage. After that the data is destroyed or depersonalized.
To protect the data, we limit access to employees who need it for their work and use a secure connection (HTTPS), passwords and access logs.
6. To whom we transfer data
We do not sell personal data. We transfer it only in the following cases:
- to banks, funds and development institutions — when working under a contract and only to the extent needed to submit your project;
- to providers of services the website cannot work without: hosting, staff notifications, analytics and ad measurement — to the minimum extent necessary;
- to state authorities — in the cases and manner established by law.
7. Cross-border transfer
Some services we use process data on servers outside Kazakhstan: WhatsApp and Telegram messengers, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google and Yandex advertising and analytics systems. Phone numbers are sent to advertising systems only in encrypted (hashed) form.
Cross-border transfer is carried out in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and with your consent.
9. Your rights
- to know whether we hold your data and to receive information about it;
- to require that inaccurate data be corrected or supplemented;
- to require that data be blocked or destroyed if it is processed in breach of the law or the purpose of processing has been achieved;
- to withdraw consent to processing, except where this conflicts with the law;
- to appeal our actions to the authorized personal data protection body or to a court.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with the date at the top and takes effect upon publication.
