1. About us and the website

We are a consulting company. We are not a bank, credit or microfinance organization, we do not issue loans and we do not make financing decisions. The decision is made by the bank, fund or development institution under its internal procedures.

2. Information on the website is not a public offer

Information about programs, rates, amounts and timelines, calculator results and service descriptions is for reference only and is not a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Services are provided only under a separate written contract. The scope of work, timelines and fee are set out in the contract.

3. Rates and calculations

Program rates and terms are stated as of the date shown on the website and may change. Final terms are set by the bank or the program. Calculator results are indicative and are not a loan offer.

4. Financing assessment

The financing assessment on the website is free and does not oblige you to anything. Your answers are not an application to a bank. We do not promise approval: we prepare the project to meet the requirements of the bank or program.

5. Website materials

The texts, design, graphics and logo of the website belong to us or are used lawfully. Materials may be copied only with our written permission. Quoting is allowed with a link to the website.

6. Liability

We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we are not responsible for decisions made solely on its basis without consulting a specialist. The website may contain links to third-party resources; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the court at the location of Asia Solution LLP.
